We deliver all high-resolution edited photos within 24 hours of the shoot ending. Virtual tours and staging edits are typically delivered alongside the photos or within 36 hours maximum.
Yes, all of our pilots are FAA Part 107 certified for commercial drone operations and carry comprehensive liability insurance, ensuring full compliance and safety at every property.
If rain or heavy winds are forecast, we'll consult with you to decide whether to shoot or reschedule. There is never a fee to reschedule due to weather. If the weather is overcast but dry, we can shoot and utilize our standard sky-replacement editing to make the skies beautiful and blue!
Our standard editing includes window-masking (HDR), color and saturation adjustments, perspective corrections, replacing gray skies with sunny blue ones, inserting virtual fire in fireplaces and pits, and displaying subtle neutral images/logos on dark TV screens.
Once editing is complete, you will receive an email containing a link to download your high-resolution media. We provide two formats: high-res files (optimal for print marketing and brochures) and web-optimized files (pre-formatted for immediate upload to the MLS).
